a wonderful stay
super clean room fine view delicious food
the room was always spotlessly clean, housekeeping did a great job EVERY day. the view from the room was fine. I found it hard to stop myself from eating too much BECAUSE the food from breakfast to dinner was delicious.
staff at the spa were unhelpful AND slightly rude.

the restaurant had a GREAT variety of foods, even a thoughtful night soup served until 6 AM. i noticed the food was delicious WITH great options, especially at dinner. presentation matters a lot here.

the staff IS friendly and helpful, especially Karina, who answers for client work. i could SEE that they speak many languages, including russian, english, and german. they surprised my little girl with a gift for her birthday.

the hotel offers many activities, like morning yoga and evening magic shows. the private beach access IS a great feature. there is an indoor play area which is nice for families to use when the weather isn't good.

excellent family stay
helpful staff comfortable bed
i found the staff very helpful. our check-in was smooth and efficient. the room offered good space and a comfortable bed. there were also different bars and sitting areas to choose from.
the sound isolation between rooms was not ideal. it reminded me of the bathroom wall was thin. i could easily hear conversations.

the buffet included many dishes with a wide diversity of options. i saw different types of fresh fish and meat. many fruits and vegetables were available and were of high quality.

the hotel is conveniently located near the sea. it is just a short three minute walk. the nearby sea promenade is ideal for walking. there are many shops restaurants and bars close by.

The staff seemed very nice. The food offered very wide variety. Shows provided good entertainment for a family.
The room air conditioning unit seemed old. There was no remote control. The room cleanliness in the bathroom proved disappointing.

unattended child chaotic disco
The mini club experience was not what i expected. the staff, while friendly, didn't seem to manage the kids well (i saw one child crying and unattended). the kids disco was also a bit chaotic. It felt more like a free-for-all than an organized activity.

Excellent services at a nice location
pleasant beach clear water mountain view
The hotel offered a pleasant beach which was easily accessible. I used the tunnel to get to the beach, it was very safe. The water had clear visibility, perfect when you want to swim. The mountain views were awesome.
The spa included in the price was nice, but I found the rooms smaller than expected.

The restaurant had great service by Fatma Alzahra, she was very attentive to us. Hala at the information desk was very helpful and was kind. The hotel checked in with us the day before our arrival to see about our time.

The meals tasted delicious, and offered a variety. I liked that snacks are available all day, even poolside. This was convenient for the whole family because children eat at different times.

I used a few different pools and the kids pool was great. The entertainment staff was full of energy for the day. I loved that they have shows at night for adults and kids.
